It was perfect 10/10 stay, I didn't want to say goodbye and would want to stay there again. I greatly enjoyed the hotel, it's good looking and exceptional and the location is stunning to get to anything from the local train station. Location: the property was next to restaurant 3-5e, meals about 20, Mount Vesuvius and downtown and the slopes of Vesuvio. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.

Our stay at this hotel was worth every penny. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our family. The location was fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions like Vesuvius and Pompei. The staff treated us like family, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and making our stay truly enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.

View from the hotel room was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. The room clean. Territory of the hotel was altogether very well maintained.

The breakfast buffet was always very quickly emptied. Eespecially the fruit. I would've filled it up faster. Some staff do not speak English well.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spacious room with modern style and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was also modern and well-equipped. The staff were very responsive and helpful, even though they couldn't solve our issue with the view. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious pastries, omelets, hams, and cheese. If you're lucky, you can enjoy your meal on the terrace with a great view of Vesuvius. The hotel also has a separate building for events, ensuring a peaceful stay for guests.

The hotel looks very good at first sight. Unfortunately, it is rather a venue with apparently daily family celebrations until the morning hours. Even after repeated demand, the staff was not able to offer a quiet room.

The view from the room Capri was extraordinary. As it is a corner balcony, we could see Capri, the Bay of Naples and, on the other side, Vesuvio. . Food and breakfast in the hotel were very good. The staff was very attentive and yet busy. . . We appreciate the shuttle service that was offered because we were travelling without a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Rosenthal Vesuview Hotel & Resort. We were traveling around the area and the location suited us perfectly. The hotel had a nice, boutique feel with rooms named instead of numbered, which added a unique touch. The Oplonti room we stayed in had amazing views of Vesuvius from the bedroom window and of the bay from the bathroom window. The private terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy the morning sun. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, delicious food and good transportation. We had a great stay - friendly staff, beautiful hotel, delicious food and reliable transportation to explore the city and nearby national park. The hotel was well-maintained and clean with good breakfast options. We appreciated the free ride to the train station. The location, somewhat away from the main tourist area, was perfect for a peaceful stay near the national park forest of pine trees.
